with Kent Ellsworth & Josh Tinkle

Kent Ellsworth is the Executive Director of Verde Valley Caregivers Coalition (VVCC).  VVCC celebrates 30 years of service to older adults who wish to live independently in their homes.  Most of VVCC’s assistive services are provided free by volunteers throughout the Verde Valley.  Kent has over 30 years of experience in community-based health care, including 15 years as the Director of Elder Care Services at Missoula Aging Services.  He earned a B.A. in Foreign Language and Political Science at Arizona State University and attended the U.S Administration on Aging’s National Leadership Institute.

Josh Tinkle is Acting President and CEO of Northern Arizona Healthcare.  He has over 16 years of experience leading complex healthcare operations.  Josh earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Management from the University of Iowa, Master of Healthcare Administration from Des Moines University, and is Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma certified.  He was raised in a small town in Iowa and recognized joining Northern Arizona Healthcare was the perfect opportunity to bring his values and expertise to the community to make a significant impact in healthcare.
